Recipe - VCP is a unique, age old blend, processed from special varieties of Hygienic colorful Indian red tow type of flavor combination of stemless chillies. It is mild-hot and imparts glowing pure natural red color to curried dishes making them attractive and more palatable and Hygienic Taste. For best results fry chopped onions in oil till golden. Then add chopped tomatoes and VCP. Stir till it is homogenized, and imparts the red color. Then proceed with your normal cooking. If not using tomatoes, reduce flame, add VCP and as soon as it imparts color, proceed further.
